Rights & Privileges of Members.

a) Shall be entitled to participate in meetings,

cultural/educational functions and other lawful gathering,

called/arranged by the society.

b) Have right to collect the identity card after depositing the required/prescribed(Fixed

by the Governing Body of the society from time to time).

Duties of Members.


a) Elect the governing body of the society.


b) Attend the general body meetings regularly.


c) Give the necessary information to the society, pertaining to any matter, which is necessary to be known to society.


d) Not indulge in activities, which are prejudicial to the aims and objects and/or the Rules & Regulations of the society.

Termination or cessation of Membership-

Termination or cessation of Membership-




The governing body of the society shall have the powers to expel/ terminate a member or/and members, from the membership of the above society, on the following grounds..


a) On Death


b) On Written Resignation


c) If found to be involved in any anti social activities.


d) If addjudged by any court of law to be a criminal offender.


e) If found guilty by means of anti propaganda of the aims and objective of the society.


f) If fails to pay the subscription of contribution for the three months.


g) If has not attended three consecutive meetings.


h) If disregards Rules & Regulations or disobey the decision of the Governing Body.



The decision of the Governing body regarding the termination from the membership of the society shall be communicated to member concerned.

Aims & Objects-

The Aims & objects for which the society established are as under-
1. To enhance awareness about formal/informal method of Welfare & Education.

2. To Provide sound education to children of all communities irrespective of their race, religions,cast or creed in general and to prepare them to become mature and risponsible citizens of the country through the all round physical, intellectual, academic, mental and spiritual development based on values derived from the life.


3. To arrange and manage the training institution in Typing, short hand, computer information technology, computer hardware and networking training,mobile repairing, hardware and software, fine arts, craft, music, painting,modelling,dancing, cullingg & tailoring,yoga, physical educational and other social activities awareness programmes, adult education classes, lecture essay competition, exhibitions, symposium, cultural programs, press conference and seminars.


4. To provide for medical and other health support and assistance to the society by organizing bloog donations camps, eye donation camps etc. in village and urban areas for the benefit of general public.


5. To offer prizes and to grant scholorships and stipends in furtherance of the objects of society.


6. To approach the concerned authority/ authorities regarding the solution of the problem of the members of the society.


7. To render services to women, children & youths of the country for their actual moral, social and rights.


8. To establish and maintain institution for the handicapped, blind, poor SC & STs, backward classes and other needy persons.


9. To establish and run orphanage centres, creches for the children and working women and hostels for working women.


10. To take up effective but reasonable and lawful steps for the eradiction of social evil such as Bal Vivah, Dowry System, Wastage of money in various functions, use of Wine / Smack, Child Labour.


11. To make adequate arrangements and start/run the rehabilition centres for destitute, widows, old men & women , poor, beggars, handicapped and of or mentally retarded persons for their social/ civil upliftment.


12. To promote the interest of People in Enviroment, sense the integration, self employment, family planning etc.

applicable to the Union Territory of Delhi, in pursuance of this memorandum of
